What We Do
Over the years, CSG has spearheaded several impactful initiatives that blend innovation, education, and community support:

Ecological Farmer Bursary
In 2023, we awarded two $1,000 bursaries to Paper Kite Farm and Lamb’s Quarters Farm. These awards support projects like experimenting with biochar as a sustainable peat moss alternative, and creating educational programs to teach pesticide-free, ecosystem-friendly farming—demonstrating how local action reflects our core values of resilience and education -
Community Engagement & Education
Beyond bursaries, CSG actively builds awareness through workshops, best-practice showcases, and collaborative learning. From permaculture talks to environmental stewardship, our goal is to deepen local understanding and action around sustainability.
